Is there a warranty on the controllers?
Yes, all controllers come with a 2-year warranty!
How long does it take to process an order?
We display the stock status on our product pages. If a product is in stock, it can be shipped to you immediately. Otherwise, we will assemble your controller by hand immediately after receiving your order and then ship it.
How long does shipping take within Deutschlands ?
Orders placed within Deutschlands are generally delivered within 2 business days of dispatch. Please note: Delivery times are non-binding; in case of delays exceeding 14 days, you have the right to withdraw from the contract.
Which Swiss shipping providers are available?
We ship exclusively with UPS within Deutschlands

Can I return a controller?
Returns are only permitted with prior written consent within 14 days. Conditions: The goods must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and risk. Custom-configured controllers are excluded from returns.
