How long does it take to process an order?

We display the stock status on our product pages. If a product is in stock, it can be shipped to you immediately. Otherwise, we will assemble your controller by hand immediately after receiving your order and then ship it.

How long does shipping take within Switzerland?

From the time of dispatch, orders within Switzerland are generally delivered within two business days. Delivery times are non-binding; delays of more than 14 days result in a right of withdrawal.

Which Swiss shipping providers are available?

We ship exclusively with UPS within Switzerland.

What payment methods are available?

You can pay in advance, via Twint, purchase on account, credit cards or digital wallets such as PayPal and Google Pay / Apple Pay.

Can I return a controller?

Returns are only permitted with written consent within 14 days. Condition: The goods must be unused, complete, and in their original packaging. Returns are at the customer's expense and risk. Custom-configured controllers are excluded from the return policy.

Where are the controllers manufactured?

All controllers are lovingly handcrafted in Rümlang, Zurich, ensuring the highest precision and quality.

Do I have to pay additional customs fees or taxes within Germany?

Even though we manufacture the products by hand in Switzerland, you will no customs duties We'll take care of that for you!
